Who are the two photographers?

It’s Myself (Sam) and either Sarah or Claire. I have worked alongside both of them now for over 10 years. Both are all round wonderful human beings and fabulous photographers.  If neither of them are available then another awesome photographer will work with me on your day.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking you?

Yes. I ask for a deposit of £250 for just photography or £500 for photography & videography to secure your booking with the balance payable one month before your wedding day.

Do you still do traditional group shots?

Yes! I am more than happy to do group shots, although do recommend you keep them down to around 8 or 10 traditional groups. You don’t have to have group shots so if that’s not ‘you’ then that’s fine!

How long will it be before we see our pictures?

Your images will be ready for you to view within 6-7 weeks, depending on the time of year although I always aim to get them to you as quickly as possible.

How far will you travel for a wedding?

Anywhere! I love to travel. I do charge a nominal fee for traveling over a 100 mile radius from where I am based in Derby & if its over 2.5/3 hours drive away I do ask for accommodation the night before please. Need us to go abroad? No problem – just cover our airfare & accommodation and we’ll be there.

Can we meet to discuss our wedding in further detail?

Sure! Us getting to know each other before the big day is so important to me. We can do this either over the telephone / FaceTime or an in person meeting at my home studio in Breaston DE72

How long will you take us off for couple portraits ?

I won’t be taking you away from your guests for hours – don’t worry! Usually  I’ll take you off for 2.  15 minute sessions. One after the ceremony. The second after dinner.

Do you have public liability and professional indemnity insurance?

Yes – of course. If your venue requires any documentation before the day, I will be more than happy to send this across.

Can I have any photos in black & white?

Yes! I actually provide you with all of your images in colour and black & white.

Do you require a meal on the day?

Yes, however only on coverage over 6 hours.

Although I will never say no to food so if one is provided it will always be greatly received! Myself & Claire don’t have any Dietary Requirements, However if Sarah is your second shooter she is Vegan with an egg allergy.

What happens if your camera breaks?

I shoot with two anyway, but I always come with a back up and extra lenses.
